Frozen Yogurt & Peanut Butter Treats

The perfect snack to cool your pet down after a vigorous play session

Ingredients
• 32 ounces vanilla yogurt
• 1 cup peanut butter

Directions
1. Melt the peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl
2. Combine the yogurt and melted peanut butter
3. Pour the mixture into cupcake papers
4. Place in the freezer

For A Hot Weather Treat: Yogurt Pops

It’s HOT.HOT.HOT and humid in New England so this sounds divine :)

16 ounces plain nonfat yogurt

3/4 cup water

1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules

Instructions:

Dissolve bouillon in water

Combine water and yogurt in blender and blend thoroughly

Pour into small containers for freezing, cover and freeze.

Yogurt Dog Treats

Ingredients: 16 ounces plain nonfat yogurt

 3/4 cup water

1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules

Instructions: Dissolve bouillon in water,

 Combine water and yogurt in blender and blend thoroughly,

Pour into small containers for freezing, cover and freeze.

Ingredients

1lb ground beef, or turkey
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 lb bag mixed vegetables
1-2 lb plain yogurt

Instructions
Brown ground beef in a frying pan. Set aside.

Steam vegetables until tender in a pan fitted with a vegetable steamer. Remove from steamer allow to cool slightly. Add vegetables to the beaker of your food processor and pulse until the vegetables are coarsely chopped.

Combine chopped vegetables with rice, add ground beef. Store refrigerated in a tightly sealed container

Frozen PB & Yogurt Treats

1-32oz. container of vanilla yogurt
1 cup of peanut butter
1. Put the paenut butter in a microwave safe dish and microwave until melted.
2. Mix the yogurt and the melted peanut butter in a bowl.
3. Pour mixture into cupcake papers and freeze.

Carrot Treat

Ingredients:
1 Cup of Wheat flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 Cup peanut butter
1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds (hulled and non-salted)
1 Cup Shredded Carrot
1/3 Cup Honey
1 Egg
1 t. Cinnamon
1 t. Vanilla
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix the flour and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients. In an ungreased 8 inch round cake pan, bake for 30 minutes. Remove and Cool. Frost with some vanilla yogurt and refrigerate.
