Christmas Treats

Ingredients:
1 Cup Molasses
5 T. Honey
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Canola oil
3 Cups Whole wheat flour
3 Cups All-purpose flour
2 t. Baking soda
1 t. Cinnamon
1 t. Ground cloves
1 t. Ginger powder
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the molasses, honey, water, and oil. In another bowl mix the flour, the baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Divide this dough in four sections. Roll each section into a ball, wrap each ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours. After the dough is chilled, place it onto a lightly floured surface and roll out into 1/4″ thickness. Cut dough with a gingerbread man cookie cutter.
