Meaty Wheat Gluten Free Dog Treats
3 cups boiled rice-white or brown. For best results, rinse the rice and then let rice soak for 30+ minutes before cooking.
1/2 cup mixed cooked vegetables, cooked chicken breast, beef liver or other protein source
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup grated cheese
Smooth the meat or vegetables in an ovenproof dish or baking sheet. Beat the egg and milk together and pour over the flattened meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes (350 degrees F) until the cheese melts and the egg/milk mixture sets. Allow to cool before serving. Refrigerate unused portion.
