Chicken Breast, Sweet Potato & Flax Dog Biscuits

1 medium sweet potato

1 5 oz chicken breast

2 tsp olive oil

2 tbsp milled flax-seed

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup natural whole wheat flour

Peel & cube sweet potato and coat with 1 tsp olive oil.  Slice chicken breast and coat with 1 tsp olive oil.  Place sweet potato & chicken breast on pan and bake/roast at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.  Once finished roasting place sweet potato & chicken breast into food processor and combine.  Add in milled flax-seed, mix.  Add in plain Greek yogurt, mix.  Add in natural whole wheat flour, mix.  Place by small spoon full into lightly oiled mini-cupcake pans/molds.  Flatten dog biscuit dough into bottom of each mold.  Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.  Cool on rack.  Store in air-tight container in fridge for up to one week.  Biscuits freeze well.  Recipe…
